Jessica is a transformational leader with over two decades of experience in bid, organisational strategy, business growth and transformation, and operational readiness.

As Founder and Director of Unitus, she has revolutionised how organisations approach business growth and complex transformation. Jess’s philosophy centres on delivering solutions through a people-centric approach rather than through systems and silos, which brings teams together and turns intent into impact by building alignment, trust, and shared ownership. Under Jess’s leadership, Unitus has distinguished itself through a deep partnership approach that transcends typical consultant relationships, with demonstrated capability in major project delivery, as evidenced by the recent Sydney Metro City opening.

Sophie Benoliel

Head of Strategy

Sophie is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience delivering strategic and operational partnerships across the Transportation, Energy, Defence, Higher Education, and Legal sectors in Australia and France.

She brings deep expertise in strategy development, business growth and transformation and project management reinforced by hands-on involvement in iconic large-scale transport projects spanning successful bids, business transitions, and workforce readiness programs.
